Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:

* Must be registration eligible and become licensed within 6 months of hire.
* Must be enrolled in or accepted to an accredited School of PharmacyOR;

Graduate of an approved college of pharmacy or graduate of a foreign pharmacy who has obtained Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee certificate for purposes of gettingrequired intern hours OR;

Qualified Graduate who is awaiting examination for LicensureOR;

Individual participating in a residency or fellowship program.

* West Virginia state criminal background check required, and Federal, if applicable, for DHHR BMS regulated area.

Position Summary:Assists in all aspects of drug distribution that do not require the professional judgmentof a pharmacist. Interns function in accordance with standard, written procedures and guidelines under the supervision of a pharmacist.
