About the role

The CSR Controls Analyst 4 supports in process expansion, and new hire training, takes a lead role in developing and implementing best practices. Interface with other Analysts, Supervisors/Managers, on production, quality and security guidelines, conduct performance reviews for assigned Analysts, resolve escalated problems - communicating information orally or in writing to customers, other departments and/or senior management.

Responsibilities

* Review percentage of electronic communications on a daily basis


* Act as a primary resource for questions and escalations for Electronic Communication Analysts


* Review of Envision plans related to Correspondence


* Provide day to day oversight of required tasks


* Conduct quality control reviews of reviewed electronic communications


* Create and review metrics and ensure team meets daily review requirements


* Provide training, coaching and feedback to new and existing staff


* Meet regulatory and service level agreement deadlines


* Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager



Market Skills and Certifications

* College graduate. Bachelor's degree, any field.
* Intermediate knowledge in MS applications - Outlook, Excel, Word; Computer literate.


* Displays keen attention to detail and aptitude for fast learning based on previous job experience.


* Strong written and verbal communication.


* Demonstrates the ability to communicate confidentially and professionally.


* Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.


* Should be Series 7 Certified.


* Amenable to work on the night shift, shifting schedule and holidays.
