Department Overview

The Business Services team across locations provides processing and voice support and to enable a follow-the-sun delivery model for Wells Fargo that would help us service our customers faster. Business Services teams perform bank operation processes across divisions of WF Home Lending, Wholesale Ops, Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), PVSI & Community banking.

About the Role

Responsible for supervision, monitoring and research analysis within PCG Supervision and providing proactive resolutions. May review controls to manage risk and evaluates resources in place to monitor risk as well as consult with business units that provide service, products or support to PCG. Serve as point of knowledge for PCG associates regarding firm, compliance and regulatory policies and procedures as well as regarding suitability requirements and risk management for firm and vendor provided products and services.

May be required to travel to branches to conduct compliance/supervision/control reviews and provide problem resolution. May conduct research and analysis in search of current and best practices as opportunities for additional synergies and to maximize efficiencies, must be proficient at gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources, identifying trends and presenting analysis. May conduct preliminary surveillance, monitoring and investigative analysis of certain retail account activity and outside business activity, related controls and provide proactive resolutions. May be required to identify training needs based on analysis as well as create, deliver and track training on an ongoing basis for ad-hoc needs as well as new hire team members.

* Escalate electronic communications that do not meet internal company policies or applicable laws & regulations
* Meet regulatory and service level agreement deadlines
* Completes other duties as assigned by Manager

Market Skills and Certifications

* College graduate
* Quality-Oriented. Demonstrates high-level of attention to detail.
* At least one year experience with meeting deadlines and attention to detail or quality, or with back office processing experience or its equivalent
* Experience in funds trading, funds processing, brokerage, is a plus but is not required
