Job Description

Position Summary: Sales Executive with experience in the benefits, insurance or wellness markets. Capable of succeeding in a competitive and fast moving market in employer sponsored wellness solutions. Candidates must be able to initiate interest and sales through a multi-channel approach of telephone contacts, developing partner channels, webinars and face-to-face presentations.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Create lead generation working directly with mid-size employers.
  • Create lead opportunities with independent insurance agencies and consultants.
  • Interpreting and qualifying Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Ability to work within a sales team in multi-role as opener or closer.
  • Ability to present wellness solutions with a virtual format and the use of Powerpoint.
  • Help to manage, implement, deliver, evaluate and improve all workplace wellness programs and resources.
  • Expertise in ancillary wellness services and the ability to cross-sell within existing client base.
  • Participation in the planning, administration, or promotion of workplace wellness.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships within the organization.
  • Interact with staff, management and vendors to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • College Degree Preferred
  • 5+ years of Sales and Wellness or related experience, or any combination of education, experience and training that provides knowledge and abilities to perform the job.

Special Skills Required:

  • Passion for Health and Wellness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
  • Strong typing skills
  • Ability to respond professionally and accurately to requests received from a variety of clients
  • Travel required

Computer Skills:

  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) data knowledge and experience
  • To perform this job successfully, individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel Access, Powerpoint, etc.
