Job Description

At Wegmans, we create an incredible customer service experience around the discovery and enjoyment of healthy and natural foods and products.  You will share knowledge and expertise to guide and educate customers to create interest and enthusiasm for the products that are offered.  If you have a desire to teach others about Natural Wellness this could be the role for you!

What will I do?

  • Proactively approach customers, assist them in locating products, and answer any questions they have
  • Educate team members about unique products offered in the department
  • Connect customers with other in-store resources to help educate them on various products, health, meal-preparation and featured ingredients
  • Keep updated on the newest products offered in health and wellness and educate other team members
