Job Description


As a Junior Analyst, you will be working with a team to answer complex research questions with data and qualitative insights, helping brands improve business results by making smarter, data-driven decisions. Our teams often design custom methodology and synthesize data from dozens of aggregation sources. Ultimately, we will crystalize concrete, actionable insights for our clients and present our findings as a digestible story.

Junior analysts are an integral part of this process, assisting in everything from research design development to desk research and data collection and finally to synthesis and delivery. Curiosity and a willingness to think outside the box are a must, as we are often tasked with answering age-old questions in a fresh way.


* Assist in the development of the project research design
* Aggregate, clean, and maintain data with the guidance of more experienced analysts
* Work with larger project team to synthesize data and research into an engaging story that will guide our client's communications and marketing strategies
* Create cutting edge data visualizations (e.g., PowerPoint and chart templates, interactive charts, info graphics, etc.)
* Contribute to team's industry intelligence including new technologies, methodologies, new developments and important players

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Intellectually curious and self-motivated
* Willing to think outside of the box
* The ability to turn data into insights
* Passion for writing
* Strong presentation skills
* Competence with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Bachelor's degree in English, history, communications, political science, economics, psychology, business, marketing, applied mathematics, or statistics
* Internship experience is preferred
* Familiarity with some of these solutions is a bonus:
