Waynesburg University is seeking a full-time Secretary position for the Waynesburg Campus, Business Administration Department. This is a benefit eligible, 10-month position. Candidates must possess a High School degree or GED, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, and three years of professional experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work in a positive, team-oriented manner, with a variety of prospective and current students, parents, university personnel and other clients. The position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized, and technically proficient professional who is responsible for assisting the Business Administration team in the daily operations of the department. The ability to work independently and exercise good judgment is necessary. Ability to project positive, client-friendly public image. Also required is a demonstrated ability to use computerized systems such as Microsoft Office, the University's administrative computer system, along with the ability to perform other duties assigned to the position.
