Job Description

Classification and Compensation Analyst

The office of Human Resource Services (HRS) at Washington State University seeks a talented paraprofessional with knowledge of classification and compensation to join our highly productive and client-service driven team. As a member of the HRS team, the Classification and Compensation Analyst will support and advance HRS’ role as a strategic business partner. Responsibilities include conducting classification/compensation reviews and assist in planning, developing and implementing compensation plans, policies and procedures to be responsive to university goals and competitive practices.

This position works closely with the Compensation Manager to administer university compensation programs in compliance with university and federal and state regulations affecting pay.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position located in Pullman, WA.
