Job Description

Responsibilities

ASTS is interested in hiring a data science intern to support NASA's Planetary Science Division through the NASA Research and Education Support Services (NRESS) contract. Under the guidance of an ASTS Planetary Science Support Scientist, the intern will assist NASA's Planetary Science Division in automated data cleaning and ingestion of data from external sources into a graph database.

Related Experience:

* At least two years of study that will lead to a Bachelor's degree in data science or statistics.
* Experience with data cleaning and wrangling.
* Experience with Python and/or R.
* Good organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.

* Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
