Job Description

Tier II Technical & Security Support Analyst

Join one of the premier firms in Atlanta as Tier II Technical & Security Support Analyst and work with a top notch team delivering world class customer service.

You will be the liaison between Technical Support and IT Security teams and responsible for patch management, managing virus remediation (create plan and implement), manage ServiceNow ticketing system, virtual & remote PC/desktop support, Windows support, networking support, software & hardware support, and mobile device support.

The work hours are 10:00AM to 7:00PM Monday through Friday, however, you need to be flexible with your schedule in case we need coverage during other times. There can be some travel up to 10% to other offices.

Tier II Technical & Security Support Analyst

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience including Technical & Security support experience
  • Tier II or greater support experience
  • IT Security including strong patch management and remediation experience
  • Strong experience doing remote support (this is a 100% remote support)
  • Software support
  • Hardware support
  • Basic network support
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting both hardware and software
  • Experience with installation of software and hardware
  • Ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Stable job history
