User Research Intern

Reporting into the Web Analytics Manager, we are looking for a User Research intern to help us understand how shoppers perceive and interact with elements of our website!

You Will:

* Design moderated and unmoderated user experience tests of the vineyardvines.com website and competitive sites
* Recruit appropriate interview subjects for these tests
* Launch and monitor user tests (remotely, not in person)
* Summarize the test results in a clear, concise way
* Make recommendations based on the results of these tests and other available data
* Take on ad-hoc projects as needed
* Understand and adhere to all policies related to the organization

* Keen interest in learning about which factors influence people's behaviors and sentiments
* Ability to listen carefully and extract meaningful insights from interviews
* Ability to write about those insights clearly and persuasively
* Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills
