Job Description

* Valets- Answering Telephone,  logging transportation rides in IT system,  support the Valet doorman with keys to hang and for pick ups,  delegate bell/transportation/parking rotation,  drive luge.

* Cooks

* Overnight Cook- To assist the Executive Chef in providing an effective service in the Kitchen.  To ensure high quality preparation and execution of food to the standard set by the hotel, ensuring highest levels of guest, company and colleague satisfaction. Strives to continually improve guest, owner and colleague satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.

* Banquet Chef

* Pastry Chef- Manages the Culinary functions and colleagues of the Pastry Department to ensure high quality preparation and execution of Pastry, dessert and bakery products to the standard set by the hotel, ensuring highest levels of guest, company and colleague satisfaction.  Areas of responsibility include Pastry production for all food outlets.  Directs and works with Culinary management team and colleagues to successfully execute all kitchen operations; strives to continually improve guest, owner and colleague satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
