Design and development of Microwave/RF/Mixed-signal circuit blocks like LNA, PA, VGA, VCO, PLL, ADC & DAC, Mixers etc. You will design custom IC using SiGe (particularly 130nm & 90nm) or CMOS/CMSO_SOI (particularly 65nm & 45nm) processes. Requirements

* Currently enrolled in or have completed a MS degree OR have completed a BSEE and have 3 + years RFIC design experience.
* Knowledge of design, layout, extraction and verification.
* Experience with EM simulator(s) preferable (HFSS, Momentum, Sonnet, EMX).
* Able to test, measure and debug high frequency systems..
* US green Card/permanent Resident required, US citizenship desired.
* Up to 10% travel.


* Currently enrolled in or have completed a PhD.
* Some circuit design experience for frequencies above 10Ghz preferable.
* Knowledge of cadence virtuoso, caliber and ADS.
