Job Title: Amdocs CRM Architect Leader

Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting & maintaining Amdocs Applications - AmDocs Support, AmDocs CIM, AmDocs Inventory Manager, AmDocs Contracts & AmDocs Depot Repair.

Engage Customer Support & Supply Chain organizations to evaluate and analyze business requirements for new or modified business processes and determines feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current Amdocs CRM applications.

Lead the delivery of Systems solutions including co-ordination with offshore development team members and obtain business acceptance, from business stakeholders during and after implementation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Engage with Customer Support & Supply Chain organizations to build strong trusted working relationships with internal business operational teams. Consult with stakeholders in business operations to clarify program objectives and current operating procedures & processes.
* Evaluate and analyze business requirements for new or modified business processes and determines feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current Amdocs CRM & related enterprise systems. Prepare the overall project plan & schedule to respond with Systems Solution
* Lead functional and technical solution design activities, creation of application and integration design documents that leverage best practices.
* Works closely with the development teams to develop Amdocs customizations when needed, and co-ordinate testing & deployment activities of all changes.
* Obtains business acceptance, conducts training and supports the business during and after implementation.
* Provide day-to-day user support to all service business teams globally as needed.
* Supervise & mentor team members with opportunities for growth and direct talent development.

Skill & Abilities:

* Overall experience of 15 years in IT or Consulting with Amdocs CRM.
* Strong domain knowledge in customer support and service operations
* Very strong functional understanding of these Amdocs applications - AmDocs Support, AmDocs CIM, AmDocs Inventory Manager, AmDocs Contracts, Amdocs Field Service & AmDocs Depot Repair.
* Ability to analyze business processes and design J2EE based multi-tiered Web applications for the enterprise.
* Prior experience with Amdocs CRM version 7.x, 8.x, 10.x
* Understanding of SmartClient Architecture with prior experience of designing presentation layer components on Smartclient framework.
* Understanding of AmDocs Server Architecture with prior experience on Clarify Business Objects, AmDocs Web Services Framework, Worker Beans and XBeans.
* Experience configuring AmDocs Security Manager and System Configurator is required.
* Excellent understanding of the AmDocs CRM Data Model
* Certification on Amdocs CRM Smartclient is highly desirable

* Strong Leader with a desire to mentor & develop talent. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical, design and documentation skills. Knowledge of process modeling techniques like UML is highly desirable.
* Ability to work in a distributed team structure that includes cross-functional and technical delivery teams.
* Project Management: experience with leading small to medium size projects is a plus.
* Integration (middleware) applications: Oracle BPEL, Informatica Power Center is highly desirable
