Assistant Credit Union Manager
Vasco Federal Credit Union is seeking an individual to manage its lending function. The credit union offers vehicle, home equity and personal loans to its members. Successful candidate will be responsible for interviewing applicants, processing applications and making loan decisions. Prior lending experience is preferred.
In addition to managing the lending function, the successful candidate will assist in performing other operational tasks in the credit union, including paying bills, managing the cash vault and ATM, providing member service and other back office tasks. Prior experience in a financial institution is helpful but not necessary.
This a full time position. This is a low stress job with no sales goals or mandated community service. Our office is open Monday through Friday. There will be no weekend or evening hours. We serve approximately 1900 members in Westmoreland County.
