This position is through Colorado Mountain College

 

Start your Culinary Career here. Learn the art and science of cooking in the world class kitchens of the Keystone Resort, and earn your Associates Degree in Culinary Arts through Colorado Mountain College at the same time. This three-year hands-on program will help you build the solid foundation you need to succeed in the demanding field of the culinary arts. Culinary apprentices work in up to six different restaurants across the Resort during their apprenticeship gaining a wide variety of real world experience.

 

Applicants for this position must also complete a Colorado Mountain College Culinary Institute application,

available at www.coloradomtn.edu.

 

Qualifications

  • Participation requires enrollment in the Colorado Mountain College Culinary Institute, Culinary Arts Degree Program
  • Successful apprenticeship candidates have a great desire to learn.
  • Six-months to One-year full time professional kitchen experience. (Talk with us we can help you gain your experience).
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • College Level Reading and Writing Skills
