ICAC Prosecutor 

Recruitment Number: 13321

The Justice Division of the Utah Attorney General's Office has an immediate opening for an experienced Prosecuting Attorney in the Family Justice Section, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit. 

The position requires a minimum of five years experience in prosecution with preference given to those with experience prosecuting crimes involving sexual abuse of children, including sexual exploitation of a child, enticement of a minor and other sexual offenses against children. Applicants should clearly describe their jury trial experience in their cover letter. 

The successful applicant must be a member of the Utah State Bar prior to beginning employment, have demonstrated the ability to work effectively with law enforcement agencies, and be eligible for consideration to be a Special Assistant United States Attorney. 

Travel is required as incumbents will need to represent their clients in criminal and other legal proceedings throughout the State.
