You qualify for this position at the IC-09 level (starting salary $54,972.00) if you possess the following:

One full year of specialized experience at the IC-07 level that demonstrates (1) basic knowledge of the accounting aspects of financial systems in order to analyze output of data and troubleshoot any inaccuracies. (2) Experience with payroll application for a large organization.

OR

Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related

OR

Combination of education and experience.

You qualify for this position at the IC-11 level (starting salary $66,510.00) if you possess the following:

One full year of specialized experience at the IC-09 level that demonstrates: (1) Practical knowledge of the accounting aspects of financial systems in order to analyze output of data and troubleshoot any inaccuracies. (2) Payroll experience in a large organization. (3) Experience communicating to multiple levels of management practical payroll data.

OR

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related

OR

Combination of education and experience.

You qualify for this position at the IC-12 level (starting salary $79,720.00) if you possess the following:

One full year of specialized experience at the IC-11 level that demonstrates: (1) Experience in the accounting aspects of financial systems in order to analyze output of data and troubleshoot any inaccuracies. (2) Extensive payroll experience in a large organization. (3) Ability to communicate to multiple levels of management the interpretation of payroll data. (4) Analyzing financial data and participating in decision making purposes.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
