Job Description

Local CDL Delivery Drivers needed

URM Stores has been in business for 97 plus years and are one of the largest and best employers in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area. We offer outstanding pay and benefits.

Our starting wage is $22.31 per hour and caps at $27.21, however, starting wage is determined by verifiable experience as shown in the example below:

• 0-5 months experience - $22.31 per hour
• 6 months experience - $23.13 per hour
• 12 months experience - $24.22 per hour
• 18 months experience - $26.12 per hour
• 24 or more experience - $27.21 (full scale)

There are guaranteed pay increases every June for the duration of the labor contract.

New employees are hired on the Extra Board. Recognizing the value of our employees:

• Each full calendar month that a driver is eligible to work, URM will guarantee a minimum of 80 hours per month so that the employee and their family will qualify for medical/dental/ vision/RX benefits after their waiting period is met.

• URM pays 100% of the premium which is $1165.00 per month or $13,980 per year.

Retirement: URM pays an additional $5.81 per hour up to a monthly hour maximum into the Western Conference of Teamsters Pension Plan for the employee's retirement and peer benefits. That yearly benefit is worth $12,084 per year.

Requirements are:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CDL Class A license.
• Doubles Endorsement.
• Current DOT physical card.
• Clean driving record.
• Requires heavy lifting and moving or product with hand trucks or pallet jacks.
