Responsibilities

* Monitor in-bound bookings to identify at-risk styles and reconcile status of production orders between sales and transportation systems, and offer guidance to preempt future shipping liabilities at our domestic and international warehouses
* Support the Business Analytics Manager by identifying shipping opportunities that can impact our monthly sales goals
* Limit shipping liability by performing orders maintenance and coordinating order updates with the sales team
* Collate and present weekly department store top styles sold at retail, combined and by account
* Analyze performance of top styles sold at retail in smaller business channels like ecommerce and specialty stores
* Provide specialty store account managers with pull up opportunity to maximize in-month and in-quarter shipment opportunities
* Design reports that track style sell-thru by product classification and offer guidance that can focus the sales team's efforts towards problematic areas, thereby increasing our brand sell-thru and decreasing inventory liability
* Assist the analytics manger with the creation and maintenance of internal strategic plans such as annual budgets and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting packages
* Report on domestic specialty store bookings by account to achieve YoY comp growth
* Build new reporting models with an eye towards improving existing processes and finding new ways to approach the business
* Run all Ad Hoc reporting at the request of the sales team
* Assist the back of house team with internal communication regarding sample distribution

Skills

* Proficient in MicroStrategy and BlueCherry
* Proficient in MS Suites, especially Excel
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritize projects and multitask
* Detail oriented
* Creative thinker
