Job Description:

Texas Athletics is seeking students who are excellent candidates for the Ticket Sales and Service department.

Job Details:

General Notes:

This position is ideal for students who are interested in working with the fans of Texas Athletics, and who want to learn more about the operations of Ticket Sales and Service. The position is designed to expose individuals to the daily tasks of our Ticket Sales and Service office as you assist our full-time employees with in-house job functions. This is an unpaid internship, and will be a recurring opportunity available throughout all semesters for all students . The total number of hours will vary per week, but students should anticipate a time commitment of 10-15 hours per week for the Spring semester. Orientation and on-board training will be provided, in addition to development from full-time employees.


* Serve as front-line communication for Texas Athletics Ticket Sales and Service (40%)

* Assist with building and strengthening customer relations with fans of Texas Athletics (30%)

* Assist with daily inbound communication via phone, online chat, and email (20%)

* Other duties as needed (10%)

Learning Outcomes:

* Gain industry knowledge and training in athletic ticketing
* Become proficient with ticketing software, Paciolan, Salesforce, and ADvantage
