Job Description

Duties include but are not limited to: Programming to meet project requirements. Projects could be published to an internet/intranet or standalone executables. Identify requirements by establishing personal rapport with project managers to understand project requirements; confirm program operation by conducting tests; modify program sequence and/or codes; maintain computer systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures; develop and maintain applications and databases by evaluating project needs; analyzing requirements; develop software systems; review and analyze various systems to be able to make recommendations on improvements. Also responsible for documenting program changes and keeping detailed track of the projects in a project tracking system; and performing ad-hoc analysis and data requests. Administrative duties as needed. Need to have strong Java and JavaScript skills. Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering) and 1-2 years of related IT experience (preferably focused on internet and desktop applications, programming for web portals, Java, Windows Server 2012, SQL, Apache Tomcat and Servlets, Backbone,js and Vue.js, working with large data sets)
