Provide support for the UNMC campus compensation/classification activities which includes job documentation, job evaluation, salary administration with guidance and direction from the Compensation Administrator. In addition, assist with Compensation and other department projects.

f. Strong analytical skills with attention to details.

g. Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

i. Ability to take initiative to handle multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. A strong sense of urgency and ownership is required.

j. Effective organizational, interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills (Written and verbal)..

m. Regular attendance and timeliness is essential - Work schedule 8:00am to 5:00pm. Ability to commit whatever time or effort is required to ensure customer/managers and employees needs are met.
