Job Description

Job Summary

Office support and basic clerical. Run errands across campus as needed, pick up and sort mail, answer phones/reception, filing, copying, data entry, other clerical duties, assist with bulk mailings and event preparation. Communication Duties: Content development (photography, video, illustrations and copy for web, print, social media, etc.). Design/editing of promotional materials (brochures, flyers, etc.). Press release writing in AP style.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Abode Creative Suite, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dependable person with organizational and basic computer skills.
