Job Description

Ensures the provision of efficient and effective financial, academic or scientific information or user support services for a college or division.

* Directs user support for information technology users throughout the college or division.
* May include support of one or more of the following areas: instruction, personal computer, workstation, and/or network support.
* May coordinate college/division area information technology groups and work groups.
* Designs, develops and implements training and user support programs for students, faculty and staff.
* May manage the operation of computing laboratories, including staff, equipment and supplies.
* Manages the financial and human resources activities of the college/division user services section.
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EEO/AA Bachelors and 1 year experience

Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed.

Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience.
