The College of Medicine, Department of Surgery, Division of Urology, is looking for an Instructor of Clinical-GEO. This position will report to the Urology division director and will support the University’s mission and commitment to excellence and diversity in our students, faculty, staff and all our activities.


Job Summary/Duties:    The department is seeking an Instructor of Clinical Surgery in the Division of Urology Surgery. The faculty title will be commensurate with education and experience. Responsibilities include patient care, resident and medical student education, and participation in clinical research. Opportunities and funding are available to develop new research and supervise resident projects.


Minimum Qualifications:  Candidates should be BC/BE in Urology Surgery, and have a clear interest in education of young surgeons and medical students. Candidates must have Ohio medical license at time of appointment and demonstrate a commitment to an academic career through research, teaching, and supporting the Division’s academic mission.


Ideal QualificationsCandidates must have completed an accredited urological surgical program, be board certified or board eligible in urology, and be committed to an academic career that combines outstanding patient care with excellent teaching.
