Job Duties: Provides assistance to staff in the CCM Box Office. Office responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to all patrons, on the phone and in person and overseeing ticket sales for all CCM ticketed events. This position will provide assistance during regular Box Office hours and for Performance Box Offices during evenings and weekends. Average hours are approximately 10-15 hours a week depending on availability. Other duties as assigned by the CCM Box Office Manager and/or CCM Director of Performance Services.
Skills Needed: Previous customer service experience and knowledge and interest in the Performing Arts preferred. Must be able to interact with the public in an occasional stressful environment. Good computer skills and past experience with a computerize ticketing system is a plus.
Job Requirements: Frequent standing and speaking on telephones. May have to assist with general Housekeeping and Performance Operations duties as needed. Appropriate dress and appearance are important for job customer interaction.
