Job Description

Overview

The Administrative Analyst is responsible for working assigned work queues while following related policies and procedures.

Salary: $29,251 annually ($14.06) hourly

Responsibilities

* Prepares monthly revenue, provider productivity, cash collections and billing reporting for the Clinic Manager.
* Assists clinic manger in monitoring expenses to stay within budget projections. Process invoices and clinic IDTs. Work in conjunction with clinic manager to promote service lines and analyze results.
* Assists facilities and inventory manager with various duties to include maintenance of the DFPM building and off-site locations where DFPM staff are located, monitoring and reporting trouble calls and any billing related to them, managing special projects with regards to building maintenance, maintaining accurate inventory list, addressing IT and inventory needs of the department, preparation of quarterly inventory reports.
* Works with clinic staff to ensure phone coverage, front desk coverage, scheduling appointments and other duties as assigned by the clinic manager in support of the POEM, SEHS, SHC clinics.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in general business or a related field OR a High School Diploma/GED PLUS 4 years of administrative experience.
* Experience with Microsoft Office
