The In-Patient Therapist provides timely, safe, and effective patient therapeutic counselling in the assigned group(s) in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the Hospital and within the framework of established policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Education:

Prefer Master's degree in Behavior Health.

Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor Intern,

Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in the State of Texas.

Prefer 2 years' experience in psychotherapy/counseling of adolescent/child, adult psychiatric and/or adult

Chemical dependency patients.

License:: LMSW, LPC, LPCI, in the state of Texas. Current CPR license.
