This role resides within Total Rewards, Reporting and Analytics. The role will focus on driving process excellence and improve HR service delivery through the implementation of intelligent automations.

Job Responsibilities:

Create process documentation/workflows

Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts

Help in facilitating process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process

improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases

Review information and trends to ensure output of processes are achieving desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels

Identify any issues and/or risks

Build and foster relationships throughout the organization

Identify and raise inconsistencies and issues to the attention of management

Participate in problem resolution

Track major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas

Education:

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree

Experience/Qualifications:

* Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university
*
* Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments at a high volume simultaneously
*
* Ability to take direction, be proactive, and be a team player.
