Specific responsibilities of this role include:

* Executing new product introduction, value engineering, and production support projects
* Support various Electronic Systems Center's projects. The role will involve schedule creation, schedule integrity analysis, schedule performance monitoring, and the analysis of projects on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Work closely with technical leads to ensure schedules and costs are accurate and comprehensive and include milestones, deliverables, dependencies, predecessors, successors, lag time, and all other pertinent MS Project data.
* Contribute to the identification of barriers and risk factors that may inhibit or impede the project
* Ensure compliance with company guidelines and internal processes and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of projects.

Education / Certifications

* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution.

Experience/Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution.
* Must have GPA of 3.0
* Must have completed 30 hours of college coursework

Preferred Qualifications:

* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Good computer skills with ability to learn new programs/software
* Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
* Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task amidst rapid change
