Job Description

The Administrative Associate will perform a wide range of clerical and secretarial tasks for the Business Office including this role will focus on, updating records, and administering company policy guidelines. Additional common duties are ordering office supplies, serving as a mentor for other office staff, and assisting with public relations efforts. She/he will need to be able to work independently, as well as in teams when necessary; they also must be able to work directly with the upper management on some projects. Will need to know basic office practices and procedures. They will practice communications and problem solving skills, as well as a strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills. Authorized to access medication storage areas for the purpose of performing patient registration, clerical functions, and other related duties as assigned

Required Experience

* High school student or graduate.
* Business office courses or experience preferred.
* Business college training is desirable.
* No experience required
* Posses the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
* Possess the ability to deal tactfully with doctor's offices, their coordinators, clinical staff, other business office employees, department heads as well as with vendors.
* Must possess the ability to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
