SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes performing duties such as: Plans, coordinates, and administers a comprehensive financial counseling, money management and emergency financial assistance programs for Soldiers, Family members, DA civilians, and retirees; provides assistance in developing budgets, managing credit, and debt, managing purchases and minimizing the impact of financial crises on personal and family stability and guidance to financial staff. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
