Job Description

Description:

The Intern will be responsible for a number of projects and tasks that support the corporate reccruitment department. The intern will gain experience in one or more key functional areas.

The duties of the Intern will vary by department and may include:

A variety of tasks to support the recruiting department objectives. Assist with meeting these objectives, while providing superior customer service.

Participation on various projects related to the business which may cover multiple categories (i.e. college sourcing, intership program support, reporting and requisition/candidate review and scheduling).

Participation in departmental and cross-functional work sessions, conference calls and WebEx meetings.

Requirements:

* Ability to manage multi priorities and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Confidence to deal with employees at all levels of the organization
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a keen attention to detail

Currently in 4 year bachelor's degree program, preferrably Human Resources.
