We are currently looking for energetic, hardworking, friendly, and passionate team members for the position of Senior Mortgage Banker - Consumer Direct. The ideal candidate is someone looking to further their loan originating career in a fast-paced industry with outstanding growth and income potential

What You Will Do

  • Educate client's on the home-buying or refinance process and thoroughly answer any questions they may have
  • Overcome client's objections and offer advice and solutions on how to better handle their mortgages
  • Provide the highest customer service and ensure that clients are fulfilling their financial goals and needs
  • Keep constant communication with clients through the loan process from application to closing
  • Serve as a key contributor in our Union Home Mortgage mission and build rapport in the industry

What You Need

  • Excellent telephone, communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with lots of energy and self-motivation
  • Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Apps
  • Various work backgrounds and experience levels
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment and take constructive criticism, coaching and feedback on a consistent basis
  • Ability to work various schedules and overtime
  • Ability to forage and maintain excellent working relationships with all members of the Consumer Direct Team
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage large volume of tasks while providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to exercise discretion on sensitive or confidential matter
