Job Summary:

The Creative Governance and Project Close Specialist is responsible for supporting projects, programs, and technology solutions within the Enterprise Marketing business unit. You will be responsible for tracking campaigns, projects, assets, and documents. Also planning, coordinating and communicating all final deliverables. Scope of activities may include (but a not limited to): designing, operating, and handling day-to-day Enterprise Marketing processes, general creative end-to-end process support, team and channel reporting, assisting with oversight and other regulatory issue resolution, installation or use of Marketing support technologies, and handling other Marketing operational activities (i.e., ad agency coordination and communications, intranet site content and ownership, business review meetings and presentations). Major Responsibilities:

60% Operational Support: Lead Marketing department support processes, including Creative Governance, Project Routing, Job Status, Project Closeout, Tracking and Reporting, and other department routines. Make recommendations to management for improvements to various processes, projects, tasks and objectives. Summarize information from raw data to provide management level insights on operational activities and projects. Develop communications, presentations, and status reports related to Enterprise Marketing Operations.

30% Administration, Business Partner Collaboration and Special Projects: Work with business partners to facilitate project prioritization and communications. Assist in management of outside vendors. Schedule weekly business routines and provides summary documentation of key decisions, feedback, and next steps. Present business problems and recommended solutions to management. Become subject matter authority in Marketing Resource Management software tool. Responsible for continuously updating content on the team interpersonal SharePoint site to provide central resource tool for team members.

10% Risk and Compliance: Demonstrate knowledge of and is sensitive to the current regulatory environment. Enforce to the Bank's Risk Vision, and risk management policies and programs. Recognize and actively address risk
