Job Description

Ultimate Software is seeking Temporary Part-time Problem Manager Associates in Weston, Florida to assist with incident tracking administration, root cause analysis and driving future prevention for multiple customer impacting events. Your primary goal will be preventing incidents from happening and minimizing the impact of events that cannot be prevented. The Associate Problem Manager must be capable of analyzing complex and often conflicting information, determining a course of action and securing commitment from internal teams to deliver improvements.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze incident details to assess the performance of systems and processes
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine processes and procedures that improve efficiencies
* Determine root cause and resolution of incidents
* Create and deliver customer facing documentation around service disruptions
* Maintain problem database with relevant entries through standard case management practices
* Own problems from initiation to future prevention - ensuring consistent, and efficient follow-up, detailed documentation of issues, resolution, root cause and prevention

Required Qualifications:

(Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

* Strong analytical skills
* Computer networking skill and technical understanding
* Knowledge of UltiPro HRMS and Payroll products is a plus
* Working experience within Service Delivery and Operations Management frameworks
* Ability to transform data into insightful and actionable requests
* Good working knowledge of MS-Office and reporting tools
* Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce and JIRA)
* High sense of urgency with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Team oriented
* Positive team player attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High degree of organizational skills
* Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done

* Any exposure to incident or Problem Management would be helpful
