Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE

The Divisional Administrative Assistant supports the Senior Vice President of Operations and is responsible for directing a team of Regional Administrative Assistant's, providing direction to the Regional Vice Presidents. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Store Operations. Responsibilities include creating, tracking, reporting and following up on Divisional and Company reports as well as planning and coordinating events, meetings and schedules.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (*Essential Functions)

* Applies knowledge of business processes, personnel management, and budgetary controls.
* Evaluates financial activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Directs a team of Regional Administrative Assistants.
* Consults with senior management on matters related to administrative/business management activities and implements processes and procedures.
* Serves as a resource to others in solving time sensitive and complex problems.
* Selection, resourcing, contract negotiations and budget management of sites and vendors for divisional conferences and events
* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
* Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
* Manage conference calls, Divisional meetings, and other projects for Division.
* Draft correspondence and other communication on behalf of the SVP and other Divisional support managers.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of customer service practices
* Project management experience
* Experience supervising others
* Budgeting and financial reporting experience
