Job Description

Job Summary

The individual in this role will be engaged in the planning, implementation and coordination of the Gas (UGI & PNG) Energy Efficiency and Conservation ("EE&C") Programs. Inherent in these functions will be the responsibility for tracking and managing program data, working with both internal and external partners to administer the EE&C programs, and supporting the EE&C Team with various projects and marketing analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze monthly EE&C program data including expenses and customer participation.  Provide updates to the EE&C Team while addressing trends and potential recommendations. Assist with the development of the annual report due to the PUC.
  • Work with external partners (conservation service providers, trade allies, community organizations, etc.) related to the ongoing management of the EE&C Programs. Identify best practices for program management and leverage these opportunities to further enhance the rebate programs.
  • Work with internal departments (marketing, communication, customer service, legal) to coordinate the ongoing management of the Gas EE&C programs. Manage customer service issues including but not limited to; placing outcalls directly to the customer as applicable.
  • Support the EE&C Team with various ad hoc analysis including but not limited to; assisting with the analysis of energy efficiency projects for commercial customers, supporting RFP development and managing the onboarding of new conservation service providers.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business or Finance)
  • 3-5 years of experince
  • BPI or CEM a plus
