Job Duties
Assist Project Coordinator 1. Organize, schedule and participate in regular meetings between study partners. 2. Create handouts for meetings. 3. Record minutes. 4. Follow up on action items discussed in meetings to ensure timely execution of activities. 5. Organize and participate in project related trainings and events. 6. Participate in weekly project operations meetings to provide updates and problem solve. 7. Coordinate and schedule date, time, and location of intervention. 8. Represent and promote the project to the community and other organizations. 9. Provide project related administrative support for the efficient implementation of project. Data Collection 1. Assist with recruitment of agencies for study. 2. Coordinate meetings with participating agency administrators and clinicians. 3. Consent study participants prior to data collection. 4. Record minutes during meetings. 5. Conduct baseline and follow-up surveys with research participants Website Maintenance 1. Monitor activity of study networking website. 2. Update website resources as needed. This is a 1 year limited position, may convert to career.

Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in health related field or commensurate experience preferred. 2. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of research methods including Privacy and Confidentiality required. 3. Demonstrated research and data analysis skills required. Experience in data analysis is a plus. 4. Excellent speaking and written skills, attention to detail, and strong initiative required. 5. Ability to communicate and work effectively as a team member. 6. Proficiency with MAC and PC based computers and MS Office software required. 7. Able to provide transportation for self to and from community sites and academic offices.
