Job Description

Job Duties
ART Trainer will be responsible for facilitating the ART Curriculum training across the Health System. Trainer will be involved in the development of curriculum materials, conducting training sessions, providing skills assessment and supporting all areas of the ART Curriculum Program. Trainer will be responsible for adapting to classroom audience and adjusting training based upon the learning audience. Implementation of various learning styles and modalities will be utilized as well as constructive coaching and feedback. Trainer will be responsible for cultivating a positive learning environment and reinforces UCLA Health System expectations and standards.

Job Qualifications
Must have strong verbal communication skills. Must be able to present learning content to large audiences and demonstrate the skill of audience engagement. Experience in creating spreadsheets, analyzing data, and projecting performance outcomes desired. Ability to maintain professionalism in difficult situations. Able to write clearly, concisely, and effectively required. Ability to adapt to changing environments and diverse backgrounds. Recent training experience within a healthcare setting. Previous experience facilitating or training large groups is required.
