Job Description

Job Duties
Assist with instructor-led teaching and simulations. Assist trainers in orienting employees to UCLA Health System operating systems, software, processes, and job expectations. Monitor program attendees throughout training by direct observation and routinely review new hire performance throughout simulations and training. Assist with preparing training materials and presentations. Prepare and send out correspondence regarding curriculum, schedule, paring, and directions. Prepare and organize Program surveys pre and post training for attendees and Practice Managers.

Job Qualifications
Must be possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to adapt to various learning styles and training methodologies . Must be able to communicate effectively and diplomatically with patients, staff and phsyicians. Ability to accept and carry out oral instruction. Ability to work flexible hours when given adequate notice. PRvious experience in a Presenter , Public Speaking, or co-trainer role preferred.
