Job Description

Job Duties
Supervisory oversight of the Bowyer Infusion Center; clinical supervision of the nursing staff; oversight of workflow processes and collaborating with other departments to optimize safe patient care. Oversight of the operations to ensure compliance with Joint Commission Standards and Regulations. Administrative Duties including, employee management, evaluations and payroll.

Job Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN required and current RN license for the state of California. Knowledge of principles and practices of patient care in the Gonda Observation Unit. Develop principles of sound fiscal management. Ability to lead. Make sound clinical judgments related to patient care and to personnel administering that care. Ability to counsel and teach competent in speaking English clearly. 3-5 years experience in an infusion oncology setting, required Chemothearpy Certified, required OCN Certification, preferred
