Pharmacy Technician (Days, Evenings and Night Shifts)

In this position, you'll be essential to ensuring that our pharmacy's night operations are as smooth, efficient and effective as possible. Responsibilities include pre-packaging and distributing medications, billing patients, maintaining inventory in the Pyxis MedStations, and retaining various records (e.g., refrigerator temperature logs).


To qualify, you must have a current California pharmacy technician licensure and at least 1 year of post-graduate work experience as a pharmacy technician in a hospital setting. Preferred candidates will be skilled in operating and maintaining a Kirby-Lester counting machine as well as Baker cell counters and cassettes. Working knowledge of university billing codes and their restrictions is a plus.
