Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Facilitate the timely and accurate data entry process for all subcontracts, subcontractor applications, change orders, general conditions and expense reports
* Proof all batches to ensure accuracy and distribute to the accountant for final review and authorization/approval to post
* Assist accountant I preparation of Turner application for payment
* Assist with accountant in the preparation/maintenance of financial reports associated with the project
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
* proven written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
* Understand basic accounting principles, i.e. journal entries, general ledger, etc.
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, good work ethic, and interpersonal skills
