Position Description: Provide quality administrative and financial services to the profit center/project.

Reports To: Senior Financial Analyst

Essential Duties & Responsibilities*:

* SAP Change Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) - stay up to date on all SAP technical updates and nuances (as disseminated by corporate and/or Business Unit Financial Management) so as to successfully guide/troubleshoot operations through SAP.

* Facilitate budget maintenance in SAP per Business Unit (BU) established practices by working with operations on the accurate and timely data entry of change order management.

* Provide forecasting and reporting support on lump sum projects under $1M.

* Assist in training new operations team members in SAP change management.

* Facilitate project closeout as-needed by performing sub ledger clean-up and working with project teams on change management support, and by working with Project Accountants on insurance true-ups.

* Routing and maintenance (publishing on Sharepoint and filing structure) of BU monthly financial reports.

* May perform other administrative duties as assigned.

* Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel. SAP experience a plus. Understand basic accounting principles i.e., journal entries, general ledger, etc. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, good work ethic and interpersonal skills.
