Triumph Enterprises is seeking an Administrative Assistant Intern to support operations at our corporate headquarters.

The Administrative Assistant Intern will report to the Human Resource Manager and will be responsible for successful day to day administrative needs of Triumph Enterprises.This position requires customer service experience through internship, volunteering, or in a professional capacity. In addition to daily responsibilities, the intern must demonstrate superior professional demeanor, ability to learn and adapt in a wide variety of day-to-day responsibilities. Completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. Important soft-skills include taking initiative, critical thinking, and prioritization in assisting Triumph to reach operational goals.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate managers' schedules, meetings, correspondence, records management, and other office duties, as assigned
* Maintain and update electronic employee files
* Scan and digitize backlog of employee and contract files
* Create and run various reports, as requested
* Provide tracking and support for employee recognition programs
* Ensure applicant profiles are complete in our applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
* Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
* Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items
* Answer incoming calls and assume other general administrative duties when needed
* Participates in special projects, as required

Qualifications / Requirements

* In pursuit of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree
* Customer service experience
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
* Strong organization and time management skills to work in an independent environment
