Townsquare Media Danbury Internships

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE: Our internship program is designed to provide our interns with the opportunity to learn about the radio broadcasting & digital media industry while gaining work experience. Participants in this program will receive hands on experience in the entertainment industry. Interns will build skills and make connections that will give them a great foundation for a career in the media industry.

QUALIFICATIONS: All interns must be college students and receive college credits for their internship. Interns must be at least 18 years of age and have a reliable source of transportation.

OPPORTUNITIES: Internships are available year-round. Internships usually vary from 10-20 hours per week. Specific days and times will be agreed upon in advance.

SALES& BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Interns will assist sales staff, participate in sales training meetings, sales research, campaign building, campaign reporting and learn all steps of the sales process. Interns will additionally get to learn the accounting side of the business, and learn HR practices as well.

Some intern responsibilities will include:
