Housing Director

We are seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join the Town of Snowmass Village and direct all aspects of the Town’s robust Employee Housing Program.  Reporting directly to the Town Manager and overseeing a staff of seven employees, this position plans, schedules, directs and performs work involving the development, renovation and management of the Program.  

The Town’s housing properties include 423 Town-owned employee housing units; 176 deed restricted sales properties and 247 rental apartments.


Qualified candidates will possess a combination of experience and training equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field and a minimum of five years’ experience in construction or property management administration.  Responsible property management and budget administration experience for a broad range of housing services such as housing development, housing maintenance, and housing renovation programs is required.  A desire to live in, serve and be an active member of a mountain community is strongly preferred.
