Part Time Temporary Administrative Assistant Human Resources

Anticipated Vacancy October 8, 2018. The Town of Plymouth seeks qualified applicants for the position of Part Time Temporary Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors to the office, answering phones, filing, processing mail, and preparing correspondence. Assist with receiving, tracking and organizing employment applications, as well as scheduling interviews. Other administrative duties as required.

Associates Degree with at least three years’ experience in a professional office setting, ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment, ability to organize and maintain accurate records with great attention to detail, or a satisfactory combination of education, training and/or experience. Familiarity with municipal Human Resources preferred.

Salary $24.6596/hour, 19 hours/week.
